Article 1 Agreement Notice
1.1 This agreement is a valid contract entered into between the operator of the AlbumFlow platform (hereinafter referred to as “AlbumFlow”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as “you”) regarding the automatic renewal service for AlbumFlow VIP Membership (hereinafter referred to as “VIP Membership”).
1.2 This agreement is a special agreement under the "AlbumFlow VIP Membership Service Agreement" signed between AlbumFlow and you. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be governed by the "AlbumFlow VIP Membership Service Agreement".
1.3 This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for your use of the VIP Membership auto-renewal subscription service. Unless you accept the terms of this agreement, you are not entitled to use the auto-renewal service. By selecting the “Auto-Renewing Membership” package on the purchase page and completing the payment for the first billing cycle, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop activating the VIP Membership auto-renewal service.
Article 2 Service Description
2.1 Service Overview
This auto-renewal service is provided based on your demand for automatic renewal of the VIP Membership subscription. After you become a member and activate this service, it will automatically renew your membership to prevent service interruption due to oversight or other reasons.
2.2 Renewal Authorization
(1) If you authorize Apple App Store (iOS) auto-renewal: You authorize AlbumFlow and Apple App Store to automatically deduct the next subscription fee from your iTunes account (hereinafter referred to as the “Payment Account”) within 24 hours before the expiration of your VIP membership period without verifying your account password, payment password, or SMS verification code. Your VIP membership validity period will then be extended accordingly. This service requires that your AlbumFlow account is linked to the payment account and that sufficient balance is available. If renewal fails due to unlinked accounts or insufficient balance, the consequences shall be borne by you, and AlbumFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate related membership services.
(2) If you authorize other third-party payment platforms (such as WeChat Pay or Alipay) for auto-renewal: You authorize AlbumFlow and the third-party payment platform linked to your account to automatically deduct the next subscription fee from your payment account within 48 hours before the expiration of your VIP membership period without additional verification. Your membership validity will be extended accordingly. This service requires that your account is linked to the payment platform and that sufficient balance is available. If renewal fails due to account linkage issues or insufficient balance, the consequences shall be borne by you, and AlbumFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership services.
2.3 Cancellation of Renewal
Your authorization for automatic renewal is revocable. If you have any questions regarding cancellation, you may contact the official customer support of AlbumFlow.
(1) If you authorized Apple App Store renewal: You can cancel the subscription before the automatic deduction by going to “Settings” on your iPhone → “iTunes & App Store” → tapping your “Apple ID” → selecting “View Apple ID” → entering “Account Settings” → selecting “Subscriptions”, and canceling the AlbumFlow VIP membership subscription. If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, it will automatically renew.
(2) If you authorized other third-party payment platforms: You can cancel the auto-renewal service at least 48 hours before the automatic deduction through the third-party payment platform. After cancellation, AlbumFlow will no longer initiate automatic deductions when your membership expires.
2.4 Disclaimer
The authorization of the auto-renewal service will be deemed as your personal action to purchase AlbumFlow VIP membership. Once the renewal fee is successfully charged, AlbumFlow and the third-party payment platform do not support refunds. You agree not to claim any rights or liabilities from AlbumFlow due to any resulting losses.
Article 3 Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
3.1 Renewal Timing
AlbumFlow will deduct the next billing cycle fee from your payment account within the specified time before the VIP membership expires (24 hours for Apple App Store and 48 hours for third-party payment platforms). The payment will be recorded and the membership validity will be extended accordingly.
3.2 Voluntary Cancellation
This service is voluntarily chosen by you and can be canceled by you at any time. If you do not cancel the auto-renewal service, it will be deemed that you agree to this agreement and authorize AlbumFlow to automatically deduct the subscription fee at the specified time. Once the deduction is successful, a new billing cycle of membership will be activated. Fees already deducted will not be refunded.
3.3 Exception Handling
If any deduction anomaly occurs after activating the auto-renewal service, AlbumFlow will cooperate with you to investigate the cause. Each party shall bear the losses caused by its own fault. If both parties have unequal fault, responsibility shall be shared according to the degree of fault. If both parties share responsibility but the degree cannot be determined, the responsibility shall be shared equally.
3.4 Updates and Announcement
AlbumFlow reserves the right to adjust the price of the auto-renewal subscription or modify the service terms of this agreement due to business needs or market changes. Any changes will be announced on the relevant pages of AlbumFlow before taking effect, without the obligation to provide separate notice. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must cancel the auto-renewal authorization. Continued use of the auto-renewal service or failure to cancel will be deemed as acceptance of all modifications.
3.5 If you renew your membership during the valid membership period, the validity period will be extended based on the remaining time.
3.6 If the price of the VIP membership service changes before or during the auto-renewal process, the current price published by AlbumFlow shall prevail.
Article 4 Validity and Termination of the Agreement
4.1 Effectiveness and Termination
This agreement takes effect when you select the auto-renewing membership package on the AlbumFlow platform and complete the first payment. It will remain valid until you cancel the auto-renewal service unless otherwise stated or announced by AlbumFlow.
4.2 Unilateral Termination Right
Due to business needs or market changes, AlbumFlow reserves the right to terminate this agreement by providing a 3-day notice through the platform page. Once the termination notice is issued, the auto-renewal membership service will end, and this agreement will be terminated simultaneously. However, it will not affect the membership rights within the already paid subscription period.
