Thank you for applying for the AlbumFlow membership auto-renewal service. Please read and agree to the AlbumFlow Membership Auto-Renewal Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”).

1. Agreement Description
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations between you and AlbumFlow (hereinafter referred to as “AlbumFlow”) regarding the auto-renewal service. Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability. AlbumFlow will highlight such clauses in bold or italic bold text. By checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you accept all terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Description
The auto-renewal service is designed to prevent service interruption caused by oversight or other reasons that may lead to failure to renew your membership in time. You authorize AlbumFlow to instruct the payment channel to automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of your linked third-party payment account, bank account, or telecom account (collectively referred to as the “Account”) without verifying your account password, payment password, or SMS verification code when your premium membership is about to expire. Billing cycles may include weekly, monthly, or yearly membership, and you may choose according to the options displayed on the page. If the renewal fails due to insufficient balance in the Account, AlbumFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate the corresponding premium membership benefits and services. Unless otherwise required by law, PureClear: Deep Clean & Boost will not refund any fees that have already been paid.

3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
3.1 AlbumFlow will deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from your Account within 24 hours before the expiration of the auto-renewal service period or after expiration. The deducted payment will be recorded in your premium membership payment history, and your membership validity period will be extended accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, AlbumFlow has the right to immediately collect the fee and will not provide refunds. If any errors occur during the deduction process, AlbumFlow and you shall cooperate to identify the cause, and each party shall bear the losses caused by its own fault. If you purchase through the iOS channel, the actual deduction time shall be subject to the iOS channel, and you should pay attention to the relevant notifications.

3.2 AlbumFlow may modify this Agreement according to business needs and publish the revised Agreement on this page. If you do not agree with the revised Agreement, you may cancel the auto-renewal service. If you continue to use the service, it will be deemed that you have been informed of, agree to, and accept all revised terms of this Agreement.

3.4 The auto-renewal service may be canceled at your discretion. If you choose not to cancel it, it will be deemed that you authorize AlbumFlow to attempt automatic deductions periodically according to certain rules. Once a deduction is successful, AlbumFlow will activate the premium membership service for the next billing cycle. If you renew your premium membership during the valid period, the new validity period will be extended based on the remaining time of the current membership.

4. Disabling Auto-Renewal
4.1 If you purchased the auto-renewal service through Alipay, you may disable it by following this path:
Alipay purchase: Open the “Alipay App” → Tap “Me” → Tap “Settings” → Tap “Payment Settings” → Tap “Password-Free Payment / Auto-Debit” → Tap “Xiamen Wind Chime Bird Information Technology Co., Ltd.” → Tap “Disable Service”.

4.2 If you purchased the auto-renewal service through the iOS channel, due to Apple’s policies we cannot cancel it directly. You may disable it through the following steps:
Open “Settings” → Enter “iTunes Store & App Store” → Tap “Apple ID” → Select “View Apple ID” → Tap “Subscriptions” → Select “AlbumFlow” → Tap “Cancel Subscription”.

5. Term and Termination of the Agreement
5.1 Unless otherwise announced by AlbumFlow, this Agreement becomes effective once you activate the auto-renewal service and remains valid until you terminate the service or close your account. You have the right to terminate the auto-renewal service at any time. After termination, AlbumFlow will stop providing the auto-renewal service. Any deduction instructions issued before termination will remain valid, and PureClear: Deep Clean & Boost will not refund fees already deducted based on such instructions.

5.2 AlbumFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate the auto-renewal service due to business adjustments or price changes. In such cases, AlbumFlow will notify you through announcements.
